KIVOSER technical standards
One written standard per product line.
Kitchens and interior doors are two separate lines, made in two different factories, with two different specifications and two different minimum orders. Nothing on the kitchen standard applies to the doors, and nothing on the door standard applies to the kitchens. Choose the line you are specifying.

Technical drawings
Choose the door type — the diagrams below follow your choice. The T63 / T80 architrave cross-sections at the bottom are the same for both types.
Visible cutout on the leaf edge, visible hinges.
Rebated — door leaf dimensions
The rebated door leaf — standard 2043 mm height, 40 mm thick with a 13 mm side rebate, hinge and lock positions, and the three-hinge note for the 944 mm leaf.

Rebated — door frame dimensions
Reference dimensions for rebated single-leaf doors — the cross-section shows how the adjustable frame sits in the wall opening; the table gives the matching values.

Architraves — both door types
The T63 and T80 architrave cross-sections are identical for rebated and non-rebated door sets.

Models and surfaces
Three model families, available on both the rebated and the non-rebated leaf. The colour choice does not change the construction — only the surface and the code.

Standard 10 — CPL
CPL laminate
Hard-wearing CPL surface, rebated or non-rebated. The workhorse specification for hotels, apartments and rental stock.

Standard 10 — Foil
Foil
The widest colour range of the three, on the same leaf. Best value per door on large residential projects.

UNI 10 — Painted
Painted finish
Smooth painted leaf for higher-spec interiors, in four neutral tones.
