KIVOSER turns wooden interiors into specifications you can order, price and repeat. Two lines today — modular kitchens and interior doors — each with fixed content, its own code and EAN, and its own factory in Poland. Wardrobes and vanity units follow. Flat-packed and sold on the same terms across Europe, Africa and the GCC.
Who is KIVOSER
The die is cast — and so is the cube.
The name comes from the Greek κύβος ερρίφθη — Caesar’s alea iacta est, “the die is cast”. Two words that say exactly what this company does. Κύβος is the cube: the cabinet box, the module everything else is built from. Ερρίφθη is the commitment: once a code is cast, it stays cast — the same box, the same front, the same price, order after order.
Our kitchens are manufactured in Poland, at a factory near Warsaw, and our interior doors at a separate specialist factory near Gdańsk. The company itself is based and operated from Cyprus and Greece, so specification, pricing and project coordination sit close to the customer while production stays in Europe’s furniture heartland.

Kitchens — one ready-made set, one code
Each ready-made KIVOSER kitchen is a fixed configuration with a fixed cabinet list and its own EAN, so it can be scheduled like any other product.

Kitchens — or build it cabinet by cabinet
When a kitchen is configured from scratch, every cabinet is ordered as separately coded parts — the carcass carries its own EAN and the front carries another. The front finish can change without touching the box, and a single damaged part is reordered on its own code instead of a whole unit.

Interior doors — one complete set, one code
A door set is one line: leaf, adjustable MDF frame, architrave, hinges and the lock, under a single EAN. The EAN is fixed by model, colour, leaf width and frame band, so the same door reorders identically for the next phase. Doors are a separate catalogue from the kitchens, with their own minimum order of 100 pcs.

How a project order works
The same process for both lines — kitchens and interior doors can sit in one enquiry. From the first layout drawn by the designer to delivery on site, every step happens on one platform, with the price visible throughout.

Specify
The developer's interior designer or architect builds the kitchen in the configurator, or picks a ready-made KIVOSER set per unit type. Minimum 20 pcs per item applies to every market.

See the cost immediately
The total is on screen from the start — ex-factory procurement pricing on the same price list for every destination. No waiting for a quotation.

Submit the enquiry
The full selection is sent to us through the platform, together with unit counts, delivery location and timeline.

We review
We check the selection for discrepancies, come back on anything that needs clarification — project, timeline, quantities — and add recommendations where we see a better option.

Agreement
After we speak with the interested party, we proceed to a contract agreement covering the schedule and the phases.

Delivery
Arranged by us, flat-packed from the relevant Polish factory to Europe, Africa and the GCC — or collected ex-factory by the client's own freight broker. The platform gives the europallet count, the volume in m³ and cubic feet, and the 20 ft / 40 ft container equivalent for the exact selection, so freight can be arranged with the figures already in hand.

Repeat
The same codes reorder identically for phase two, snagging and replacements.
Minimums are applied per line: 20 pcs per kitchen item, 100 pcs for interior doors. Kitchens ship on europallets from the factory near Warsaw; doors ship by container from the factory near Gdańsk. A mixed enquiry is quoted with the two loads shown separately.
